PICK N PAY ASAP BAD SERVICE AND NO DELIVERY! DO NOT ORDER USING THE APP

Pick n Pay ASAP is a **** to ***** your money . I placed an order on the 03/12/2021. The driver apparently arrived at my office. Driver is nowhere to be found. He then Whatsapps me he is returning my goods to the store. The driver doesn't answer the phone or responds to my messages. He would have had to come past Security and a office full of staff. Not 1 person saw this driver. An hour later my goods are marked delivered. Was my goods ****** by the driver? Did the store ***** my goods? It is disgusting that the store cant even pick up a phone and contact me. I have sent over x 50 emails to *** nobody answers I have contacted the call line. NOBODY picks that phone up. DO NOT ORDER ON PICK N PAY ASAP UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY ******.
