Pick n pay ASAP bad service

I purchased groceries for over R 500. 00 on Pick n pay ASAP on the 1st of March, today I still have not received my order. I kept calling and the customer care keeps telling me that they'll call me back but nothing. I spoke to Karabo and Jenny, these are the two ladies who kept promising to call me back but im still waiting. I dont know If this means I have lost my money or will it be refunded back to me, on one call I made to them i spoke to Jenny who said the order was returned to the store and that she'll follow it up for me, on another call I was informed by Karabo that my order was delivered but she can't confirm to whom. I'm very disappointed with this service
