Pick n pay ASAP bad customer service.

I odered on pickn pay asap and the fulfilment shop was pick n pay Tembisa mega mart. I odered a wrong whizz mop sponge and for me to get a refund or exchange it was a battle. Took the item back to the store only to be told that I need to leave it at the store without refund or proof that I have returned it. I was just told to leave it at the store then I will get a refund but I never got my refund. So basically I'm waisting my money going back and forth to get my money back.
