Pick n Pay ASAP

I have been on the line with your call centre multiple times yesterday (5 June) and this morning. I placed an order at 3pm, first it showed it being delivered. However, the driver was not moving. After my call, it changed to delayed. It was then waiting for a driver for over 4 hours. I was on the chat line with two agents by the evening and they confirmed that the order was cancelled. By who? I'm not sure, because apparently it was a ' high risk area'.

At around 9pm, I received a call from someone at pick n pay which I missed. At 10pm I received a WhatsApp message from someone claiming to be from Pick n Pay Asap, asking how my delivery went? Screenshot attached. That alone is mockery! Was my order ******? And where did they get my personal details to send me a WhatsApp message at 10pm.

This morning the app shows that my order has been delivered. I called the help line again, and now suddenly the store is going to deliver it to me. After inconveniencing me, I had ordered goods for dinner. And they want to deliver it to me today, the next morning?! After being on the phone again this morning at around 8:40, We proceeded to cancel the order. I received an email confirming the cancellation and that my refund will be processed.

As I type this, at 9:45am I received a call from a driver who is outside my estate with my delivery??? That I have just cancelled.

Is there no communication between the parties? How can a previous days order be delivered now after it's been cancelled. Without even informing me on what's going on?

I truly hope this refund is processed because I will no longer be purchasing from this delivery service.

Your customer service is absolutely disgusting, there's zero accountability and not even any compensation for this.

Honestly, this is the reason why checkers 60/60 is so successful. I wouldn't even give you one star but I cant give zero on this platform.
