Pick n Pay ASAP at it once again!

On the 4 Dec 2022 I sent the below to your support centre and I only received an email back on the 10 Dec to advise my issue has been escalated however I haven’t received any response till today:

Good day, There’s always a problem with your online service and I regret re-downloading your app. I placed an order before 11am and included the code ORDEREDB4 to get free Sunday delivery however it did not update. I did not agree to a tip of R20 for the driver however that was updated, this is really unacceptable when your delivery over 4 hours to be delivered. Please credit my account with R55 due to the above ASAP.

Please assist.
