PICK N PAY ASAP ARE *******

I am fed up of pick n pay asap! For the past 10 days, I have been trying to get someone to contact me regarding a refund that was supposed to be processed. I keep getting the same generic message that states "3 - 10 working days to process the refund"

It is insane that I have to resort to twitter and hello peter to actually get anywhere with them. If they not forgetting to add your items to the order, then its rude drivers and impatient drivers, now a refund! I DEMAND MY REFUND!

Considering I use pick n pay asap more than 2-4 times a week every week.

****, I will never ever use their services again!

Cant even get a call from management, pick n pay what unreliable people do you have working for you!
