Pick n Pay ASAP are THEIVES

On the 12th Nov I placed a order with Pick n Pay ASAP, the app automatically cancelled my order but the amount of R227.93 was debited from my account. I called to request a refund and was told to wait days. on the 1st Dec I called to check why I have not received my refund and was told that for some unknown reason the system cancelled the order but did not process the refund and that they would now have to process the refund manually and this would take a further 10 day to happen. 5th Dec I get a notification that Pick n Pay ASAP has debited my account for R227.93 again, so instead of refunding me they charge me again. How stupid are the people who work for you? I will never support your online business. I want all my money back now
