Pick n pay ASAP are *****ing from people!! 😡😡

A few days ago I placed a order with ASAP Pick n pay app. I then telephonically canceled the order few hours before scheduled delivery... and also send a cancel message on the app. They confirmed telephonically and on the app that it has been canceled. I didn't receive any items and assumed all was good and deleted the pick n pay app as I decided not to use the service. Then today 2/11/2021 I saw they ********ly deducted the full amount from my account!!! I never received any goods! This is theft!! Of course they not available to phone but they sure can deduct your account! Be careful of PNP ASAP they *****s!!!
