Pick n pay asap app service, ridiculous!!!

This is the second time I have ordered from the pick n pay asap app and found that my order was missing items. I have called the support number from the app and emailed to report that my order was missing items and on both occasions had to stay on the line for more then 10 minutes without any success. I am honestly not one to complain since they do deliver within reasonable time but perhaps they should spend more time ensuring that orders are correct instead of probably rushing to deliver half items ordered and having to deal with unhappy customers. There is a reason I ordered what I ordered so I can use it asap as well. This is flippen frustrating.
