PICK N PAY ASAP APP - PAID FOR ITEMS NOT RECEIVED

Pick n Pay ASAP app - I ordered items on 26 Sep 2022 and received delivery of only 2 of 3 bags. I contacted the customer care line and reported that items were missing. Since yesterday I have contacted the customer care line 5 times and I still have not received the missing items I paid for or received any communication on the refund discussed with Nicole. the service has been appalling. I am highly disappointed that I have had to contact them numerous times and still I have not received the items purchased nor my money back. The place you on hold with the pretense that they are contacting the store in question but still nothing is resolved! I have used Checkers Sixty Sixty App and have never experienced any issues with having problems resolved.
