Pick n Pay ASAP app - NO RESPONSE ON WRONG DELIVERY QUERY

I placed and paid for an order yesterday using this app. The delivery time was move 3 times but eventually I got my order this morning. The problem is that it is not my order that was delivered but someone else's. The guy that did the delivery JUST stated that he could not do anything, passed the bag to my daughter and told me that I had to call the contact centre. I called (15 times and was placed on hold), emailed, whatsapp but no response. Horrific service!
