Pick ‘n Pay ASAP app is utter trash!

Pick ‘n pay ASAP is by the worst app service ever. I ordered at 13:51 and my delivery was due to arrive between 14:00 and 15:00. When I checked again the delivery time moved to between 15:00 and 16:00. It is now 15:43 and the app says delivery will take place between 17:00 and 18:00. The worst part is that it is not easy to cancel your order. I have been on the call with customer care for over 30min and I’ve listened to nothing but an automated voice telling to wait or leave a voice message. I am physically willing to go to the shop to collect my order but according to their FAQ this is not possible. It also mentions that you can cancel the order but doesn’t provide the necessary tools to do that. I have depleted my airtime holding to speak to someone. Customer care keeps transferring me to the app support but it rings until they drop or your airtime runs out. I will never make use of this app ever again. It is complete trash
