pick n pay asap app is a ****ming business
I ordered some stuff off the app. The delivery guy said he delivered but he ****. This happened around the beginning of February. I've been requesting for my money back from pick n pay asap to date and nothing has been done. I want my money immediately!

13 Mar 2025, 14:06Order #***2. The money has been sitting there since the beginning of the month and is not making it's way back into my account even when I press the "pay out" option. I pressed it the first time on 3 March, second time on 11 March. Please don't ask me to use the credit because I have no desire to use this app again. I would just like my money back so I can move on.

I said "I'VE BEEN TRYING TO EFT THE MONEY BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT BUT THE MONEY IS STILL IN THE APP AND NOT REFLECTING IN MY ACCOUNT FOR THE PAST 10 DAYS!!!! I HAVE NO DESIRE TO SHOP ON YOUR APP AGAIN SO PLEASE ASSIST TO RETURN THE MONEY INTO THE BANK ACCOUNT I MADE THE PAYMENT WITH!" I hope this is clear enough.
