Pick n Pay asap App

I ordered items around 8am this morning with payment going off but I could not track the items. I sent an email no one responded, I had to call and wait for 30min to get through only to be told my order went through but did not go to the store. Now I have to wait for a refund I don't even know I will even receive same day. Very disappointed as a frequent pick n pay asap user. Sometimes the app even freezes and I cant track the driver hai
