Pick n Pay ASAP app disaster!!!

The Pick n Pay ASAP app is a disaster!!! Placed an order, money taken from my account and apparently it would be delivered in 2 hours. Closer to the time, they say the driver is waiting at the store. Shortly afterwards my order has been cancelled by them! No reason and NO REFUND!! When I call customer services they cannot explain why my order was cancelled and say I will only be refunded in 10 days?!?!? Never using it again, deleted off of my phone.
