Pick n Pay ASAP app - bunch of ***** that take your money for items not in stock!

I made a purchase on the PnP ASAP app on the 28 November (a Sunday) in the morning, throughout the day the time of delivery kept being pushed out. Eventually order was delivered at 1830 on a sunday, minus 6 items - which i had paid for and the money had gone out of my account. I have been trying to get hold of pick n pay for almost 2 weeks and no one can give me answers as to when I can receive my refund. Very quick to take our money, terrible at informing customers that stock is not available and terrible delivery turnaround times!!! The app is a joke and pick n pay should get their act in gear if they would like to compete with the likes of Checkers and their amazing app. If a item is not in stock - they do not charge you for it! they only charge you for items in stock and delivered to you - now thats what i call service - PICK N PAY YOU SHOULD LEARN A THING OR TWO FROM THEM! I want my money back and will not stop until my money is returned!
