Pick N Pay ASAP ******* APP and Poor Customer Service

I had a horrible experience with pick n pay. My daughter had always used it and wanted to me to try it. We placed am order and paid for it in full only for it to get cancelled and they're not saying anything about refunding me. I placed this order in good faith since it's such a big cooperation but the customer service and overall service is really not ayoba. How can you accept payment for an order, deduct from my bank, then later cancel my order and not refund me at all. I have sent in emails which they never respond to. I have also tried calling in but it for ever rings and after some time tells you to leave a message and opt for a customer agent to call you. Which never happens - I'm really disappointed because why keep my money? ******* app really (Pick n Pay ASAP). If you're looking to order there please don't you'll regret it because if I'm done like this what's to say you won't.
