Pick n pay ASAP and missing items

I have been trying to get hold of pick n pay ASAP support line. Their line goes to voicemail and they dont respond to emails logged. I ordered on their app and There are items missing in my order and their free delivery promo codes are valid but still charge my account the R35 delivery fee. Can someone please get back to me
