Pick n Pay ASAP absolutely useless

Pick n Pa ASAP is absolutely useless. I tried placing an order after reading that they deliver within 60mins, just to see the time of delivery for 2 items is 6 hours. Trying to cancel the order is impossible. Tried calling just to hold on forever. They then asked me to choose substitute products as they did not have what I wanted in stock so I removed all items and it was processing my order for HOURS and then took my money. I have emailed them for my refund and I am still not receiving ANY service. They emailed me to tell me my ticket has been resolved because the Leiph J the service agent rep**** saying if my order was cancelled the money will come back into my account immediately. This is after I explained to them that the money went off and did not come back into my account. So Leiph J did not do anything to look into my issue. I will never use this app ever again. And I am STILL waiting on my refund.
