Pick n Pay ASAP

I am very disappointed by Pick n Pay ASAP, on the 3dr of October I placed an order with the service the issue was that the driver for Pick n Pay ASAP got an accident and my groceries were ruined. Till today I have received my refund they telling me that their refund department has backlog this is not acceptable what if it was my last money allocated for the groceries for the month. Please pay back the money 💰
