Pick n pay ASAP

I've never had an issue with pnp asap, until recently. I received an email in February with 4 "free delivery codes" as per promo they were running between December and January. The codes expire end of May, to my surprise, non of them work, when I called they said my cart must be a minimum of R350. My last 3 purchases were R350, R560 and R460. I have called numerous times and even emailed but to this day, non of the codes work and the "technical department" still haven't communicated as per my conversations and emails with the agents. It's a pity I can't give them a zero rating.
