Pick n pay ASAP a nightmare

I wrote a review some time ago about Pick n pay ASAP in Tokai. Pick n pay introduced the service of Asap delivery but is not living up to the standard they claim which is ASAP delivery. The last time I placed the order online via the Asap App Pick n pay didn't reimburse me until I went to the store in Tokai the next day and even then it took an hour before they returned my money into my account. Same thing happened again today the 2nd. I placed my online order at 09 AM to avoid standing on the que. Pick n pay said my order will be delivered at 10:30-11 AM. It may sound a bit extreme but my experience was again traumatic. The unnecessary stress and anxiety Pick n pay ASAP put me through was insane. The Asap delivery disrupted my day. The driver called to say he's outside the gate. I said okay I'm coming. I grabbed the key but there was no driver at the gate. When he called I told him I'm standing outside. I stood outside the gate for over 20 minutes and the next thing the driver said he's driving back to Pick n pay and that I must take it up with Pick n pay. I went to Pick n pay but this time at Capricorn square in Muizenberg. I was assisted by the Asap supervisor Theresa. She's a great person and she made me feel valued as a customer. She really went out of her way and by the time I left I was feeling different. Theresa made me change my mind about never shopping at Pick n pay again.

I will not accept your apology until my money is in my bank account. You operate like a ****. Why don't you find an alternative way to return the customer's money in their bank account as quickly as they paid for your not so good service? When I place the order I pay immediately but when you have to return my money for the fault caused by you and your poor service you let me starve first before I get my money back. The delay is not with my bank. You just don't care about your customers and how they get affected by your service. You can keep your apology for someone who cares. You've disappointed me beyond words.
