Pick n pay asap.... A nightmare

I placed an order at 10h55am and waited for over 3 hours before I get any feedback from Pick n pay. When what's supposed to be 60 minutes delivery turns to over hours of no show... What a nightmare. I received the order after making multiple calls to their call center and speaking to a manager. First time using pick n pay asap and I will never recommend it to anyone. No service!!!!!
