Pick n pay ASAP

Unfortunately I have to give you a 1 star, I'd prefer none.

My delivery ***3 never arrived. It was marked as delivered and I never received it.

Customer service tell me they can't see a driver assigned, then they tell me the driver did deliver. To get anything from them is impossible. The call centre person want to just end the call to attend to attend to other calls.

I'd consider this as *****!!

Stick to the Chechers app, the customer service is on point!!
