Pick n Pay ASAP

I ordered from the Pick n Pay delivery app after seeing an adverti*****t in the Google Play store guaranteeing delivery with 60 minutes. I placed the order at 06:00 on the 30th of December 2022, at 12:30 on the 30th I had not received my delivery and according to the app the order was still at the store waiting for a driver since 08:15. I canceled my order as I had to go to work. I was promised a full refund. Later I found out that my refund was paid into my wallet on the app and I had to apply for the refund to be EFT'd to my bank account which would take 5 - 10 working days. I app**** for the funds to be EFT'd to my Bank on the 30th of December as well. As of 20:40 on the 17th of January 2023 the money is still not in my bank account. Which is WELL past the 10 working days.
