**** Pick n Pay ASAP

What **** service and its not the first time. You people need to get my money back into my Tymebank account. I made an oder yesterday total was R145 they didn't have the item I was ordering so instead of them sending money back to me they add the R145 credit to my account. I then make another order. Total of R222,87. Yet before checking out I selected no tip as I tip cash and use credit. How is this possible. I need this seen to and don't you dare add credit to my app I need this cash to my account "ASAP"!!
