Pick n pay ASAP

Pick n pay ASAP mobile app is horrible. Placed an order on the 08/10/2022 at 10 am. An incorrect parcel was delivered to my house. Logged a query with the call centre. Their consultants gave me the run around as to the whereabouts of my order. I requested a refund/ credit on the app which I never received. There’s is no communication from them regarding what’s happening with the refund. Such horrible service. Better to stick to stores like Woolworths and Chekers who seem to know what they are doing
