Pick n Pay ASAP

Zero stars would be preferable.I did an online order as had been constantly given discounts to try the app ordered at 10.30. Order to be delivered at 12-1. Not really ASAP if you ask me. My order was sent out and because I live i. A complex there are procedures at the gate. Which were noted on my order. Needless to say delivery was at 1.40 pm. I was not contacted by the gate to say they were here. Received an sms to say delivery failed !!!! Called the driver and was told there was no reply from my phone so he left and didn’t know when he would get back to me. I must Dall h th he he’ll line. Which I duly did !! I cancelled the order as I have never been spoken to so badly by there driver. Pick n pay then proceeded to put my refund into a pick n pay wallet and not refund my bank account !!!! You have to apply for the refund through a separate form AND IT TAKES 5 -10 WORKING DSYS GOF YOU YO GET YOUR MONEY BACK. !!!!!! Surely this is *******. !! I will never use or advise anybody to use pick n pay. They are way behind The delivery stakes and as for their customer relations it’s non existent!! Their attitude is the work owes them. They are going to go the tubes faster than I can say HELLO PETER!!!
