Pick n pay asap

04 July 2025 I order via pick n pay asap from pick n pay hyper witbank and made payment at 08:50. I was supposed to receive my order between 9:30 and 10:00 which never happened, i called the store around 11::30 enquiring about my order, i was told they still looking for a driver. 12: 55 i get notifications on the app that they have arrived, went to the gate no one was there. 13: 05 order undelivered. I called the store they started playing hide and seek on the phone until I called the head office, that's when i was told my order was returned to the store and it has been canceled I'll have to wait 3 -7 business days for a refund. On the 5th i got a bank notification of the refund and immediately after, another one of an online purchase at pick n pay KENILWORTH which i know nothing about and never authorized it nor does it appears on my asap app. Im deeply disappointed . Now their head office is closed till Monday.
