Pick n Pay ASAP

This is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous, placed and order on Pick n Pay ASAP just before 6pm. It is now 20min to 9pm and I am still waiting on delivery. I was phoned by Pick up 30 min ago to inquire if I have received it as yet. I was informed that this is unacceptable apologized to and told that they would quickly find our and let me know. I am still waiting, I had messaged the driver to find no response. I had eventually given him a call to find out what was going on and he was busy laughing with his friends telling me to give him 10 min. He then proceeded to send me a whatsapp message stating "Still on my way today is my first doing this job"

Pick n Pay please advise as I have now been waiting 3 hours and it is basically 9pm on a Monday evening.

This is honestly ridiculous!!!
