Pick n Pay asap! ****

Pick n Pay asap! customer service is poor. Made an order on the app but it wasn't working. Still deducted funds from my account. I requested a refund. They said it takes 3-5 working days. 6 working days have passed and I called. they said each time I click 'payout', it resets the payment request. So I have to wait an additional 3-5 working days to get my refund. The app doesn't work properly and honestly no customer service! Won't be be shopping there any longer.
