Pick n pay ASAP

I canceled my order, and I was told I will receive my refund within 3-5 working days. I've already send 2 emails to support to follow up on my refund but no response. Today is the 7th working day and still nothing. I called them today and was told that my order is only being processed today and that I should wait another 3-5 working days. This app is useless, and their employees don't help at all. I've had so many problems before. I just going to uninstall it.
