Pick n Pay asap

Pick n Pay asap is becoming a new **** now, this is the second time experiencing the same service. Today I received half of the products I ordered online. The money have left my account and when I called their customer service centre I was told the money will take 3 to 5 working days to reflect on my account. Meaning I need to wait 5 day to buy half of my groceries. I am not sure if they are capitalising on those R35 delivery fee now.
