Pick n pay asap

PnP’s ASAP app and delivery service is shocking. I placed an order with an estimated delivery time between 14:30 and 15:00, it is now nearly 16:00 and still no sign of delivery. The app keeps changing the delivery time later and later. Somebody of uber just sent me a message on what'sapp to say i must confirm my address without any explanation i did not even know that they are working with pick n pay asap till i asked what you need my adress for, the service is really really bad and there is no option to cancel the order and get my money back since i wanted my order to be delivered within than 60min i am really rrally disappointed
