Pick n Pay ASAP Call agent Mpho

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this call center agent called Mpho and she didn't want to give out her surname. She was very dismissive, unhelpful, and clearly uninterested in resolving my issue. I was interrupted repeatedly, given incorrect information, and placed on hold multiple times with no explanation. When I asked for clarification, the agent became impatient and unprofessional. Then I called back I spoke to Siphokazi and she confirmed my dispute and my issue was resolved in less than 2mins. Shoutout to Siphokazi cause I was about to delete the App and only use Checkers Sixty60.
