Pick n Pay ASAP! - 27 hours is not ASAP!

I placed an order on Sunday morning at around 8am. Delivery should not have been later than 11am. By Sunday night 7pm, my order still had not arrived. However, at 6.51pm I received an email stating that the order was with the driver. I messaged Pick n Pay through the app but it was after business hours. On Monday morning, I contacted Customer Care to find out where my order was. I stated that I needed the ingredients to cook and needed my order within 30 minutes. That time passed with no order. I called the cal centre again. The agent said that she would call me back once she had spoken to Pick n Pay Rosebank, which is where the order was coming from. When she never got back to me, I called the call centre for a third time. The agent said that she couldn't get hold of the store. I tried to get hold of the store on my own and succeeded. I then placed an order with another retailer offering the same service. Their order arrived minutes before Pick n Pay delivered my order. I sent the Pick n Pay order back to the store, as I did not need it any more. I found the call centre to be useless. Pick n Pay ASAP! is supposed to be online shopping for convenience, with deliveries within an hour, or close to an hour. This is the second time that I have had issues with this service. I believe that I am a loyal customer, making use of this service since the beginning of lockdown in April 2020. The last time this incident happened, Pick n Pay gave me a voucher. A R35 voucher does not justify my inconvenience, when I spend over R1000.00 using this app every week. There is another store that guarantees delivery within the hour, because, as they say, "tomorrow's deliveries are so yesterday." I know that I can count on them.
