Pick n pay asap

I ordered something at 10 in the morning and the estimated delivery time was at 12:00 to 12:30 but it got to 14:00 and i was still waiting for the order, i called them and the consultant said that it is usually busy on weekends so i should just be patient. I waited until 15:00 then i got a notification saying that my order was cancelled and the money was put into the app wallet but i can't get it from there
