Pick n Pay ASAP

So I ordered something from the pick n pay asap app from about pass 1 the afternoon. It was confirmed and what so ever then an hour passed and I still waited for delivery . I made contact thrice and all they did was apologize for the delay . A driver was then assignedand the app showed he is heading my way then he cancelled stating "the area is not safe". I gave them another call , they said they'll get another driver and still I waited until 16.30 for my package. Their whole online process including delivery is very bad .
