Pick n Pay ASAP *******

I placed a order with pick n pay asap 28/03 at 18:00pm, order was eventually being prepared around 19h00pm by 19h40pm I called the support number to find out when the order will be delivered, as I have received 2 notices that order is being collected. I was told the matter is being handled and I will still receive the order 28/03. At 20:30pm I called again and then answering machine advised that no one is available and regarding the office hours... I then sent a email advising I have not received my order after being told it will be sorted withing the given time. On the 29th going on to the PNP APP to check whether funds has been reversed as my account was debited accordingly with R962.00 and system showed that my order was delivered at 23:00pm on the 28/03 which was not the case. Today 29/03 I have spoken to 3 different customers service people and It is now 29/03 16:00pm and still no order or funds transferred into my account.
