Pick n Pay Asap

I bought something at Pick n Pay ASAP and when received my items I realised its wrong and tried returning it and Pick n Pay asap they refused said they do not return any online products brought. What mockery is that so you tell me I must use that product wether I like it or not. And where does it say on Pick n Pay asap that I cannot return things. This is just businesses taking advantage of customers.
