Pick n Pay ASAP

ASAP order in July was missing an item and ordered lamb knuckle and received other cuts. Reported to customer support and the only reply I got was to say that the request was resolved. Nothing was resolved and after numerous emails requesting an explanation, I have had no response. Appalling customer service
