Pick n pay ASAP *******

I purchased items on the Asap app for delivery with a voucher and the balance on my debit card. The driver never delivered my goods and items returned to store and booking cancelled. With this booking cancelled I lost my voucher as i cannot redeem it again and only gave my debit card credit. How sly they say now my voucher has expired, what a *******
