Pick n Pay As Soon as Please

This is the third time Pick n Pay's delivery has gone awry. First the app said the items would be delivered today between 17h00 and 18h00. Then suddenly it changed to between 18h00 and 19h00. Now it says between 17h00 and 18h00 tomorrow. Why would I order something om Sunday to be delivered more than 24 hours later? I tried to phone Pick n Pay now but your system cut me off. Fix this problem immediately or give me a refund because for non-delivery of agreed service.
