Pick n pay are useless
Pick n pay have got to be the most lost and useless retailer in south africa they claim to be one of the top supermarkets ut yet they are lost and clueless. They currently running a special where first time online shoppers at pick n pay home get 10% of their order if done online using code HOMEMAKER. I tried purchasing a fridge and inserting the code provided but it keeps on saying voucher has expired. After reaching out to pick n pay online they managed to get back to me saying that the code expired on the 4th August 2024 yet the leaflet says specials and code valid from 12th August 2024 until 25th August 2024, despite me sending them proof and photos they still acted ******** and claimed that the code is invalid. Whatever happens to the policy of the customer is always right which in this case I am 200% correct. Judging from their recent business performance and loss making financial year it's clear that pick n pay is run by a bunch of *****s.
