Pick 'n Pay are *****S!!!!!

I bought a TV online from Pick 'n Pay. The TV was advertised as coming with a R500 store voucher. I went online, and the description explained the same thing I saw in the pamphlet, that the purchase comes with a voucher and that I would receive it after 7 working days.

When I didn't receive it, I called customer care and I was told that the promotion had ended online and was only valid for in store purchase which is something very understandable. My only problem is that unfortunately Pick 'n Pay failed to change that on their online system because the day I bought the TV, the purchase came with a voucher. Fortunately I took a screenshot of this but even after submitting everything, Pick 'n Pay insist that when I purchased the TV, the promotion was over, regardless of what I saw, regardless of what their online system said or what I submitted. When I call head office, they don't answer despite being on hold for more than 15 minutes! When someone answers, they transfer me and it hangs up on me after being on hold again!

Pick 'n Pay is trying to ***** me. That voucher was the whole reason I decided to buy the TV with them and not anywhere else! I WANT MY VOUCHER! Else come take back your TV and I'll buy it somewhere else more trustworthy! I'm so disappointed in Pick 'n Pay! And I'm definitely not going to take this lying down!
