Pick n Pay App is Nonsense

I am extremely frustrated right now. The Pick'n Pay ASAP app has proven to be completely unreliable, and I genuinely wish I could cancel my order. I placed my order before 9 AM, and here I am, still waiting with no end in sight. I've been shuffled between representatives about my order, with some claiming they’re waiting for a driver and others at the store insisting that ASAP is the one handling driver arrangements. It’s outrageous that I’ve been waiting for over three hours! I urge everyone to stay away from this App if you want peace. Clearly, online ordering through Pick n Pay is not functioning as it should, and it’s time for them to address these issues and this is for the 3rd time having to deal with this
