Pick n Pay answer please!

We've been on the phone all morning trying to get hold of Pick '' n Pay (Rosmead, Kenilworth Centre and The Hypermarket in Ottery Cape Town) for the prices of some items we wish to purchase. The call is either not answered by the person in charge of the department or alternatively it goes through to an automated message which says that the requested number is not available at present. How on earth does one get answers in this part of the world during the new level 3 restrictions?
