Pick n Pay and Zulzi = BAD SERVICE

Pick n Pay and Zulzi partnership equals very BAD customer service. I am not sure who is not doing their job here. I ordered at 13:00 yesterday for a 16:00 - 17:00 delivery slot which I PAID for. It is 9:34 the next day and I am still waiting. There is NO communication, no apology, no notification of when the delivery will take place and yet they have gladly accepted my money. I have sent messages on the APP which have been just ignored. This is the LAST time I am using this APP.
