Pick n pay and Pure Pleasure will rip you off...beware

After writing a review on this platform regarding Pute Pleasure electric blankets, I received a call from Ebrahim at Stingray apologising for the experience. He then promised that they gonna replace both blankets and needed these ones back. He told me a courier company was going to call for the pickup of which that happened on that very same day but I wasnt home. I called them. Peter also called me promised a replacement in a day or two. On day 3, after having canceled all my plans waiting for the delivery, it never happened. I wrote an email to Peter and I was made aware that he was not available and that I should speak Patson. I did. Patson blamed Peter for not relaying the message to the relevant parties and fortunately Peter had ccd me in his email sending to the relevant parties. I forwarded that email to him. He came back and called apologized that he did not see it. He promised the delivery was to be yesterday already. I waited the whole day, till now no courier has called. They sent me a message from the courier company that Mt Frere is an outlying AREA, I laughed at this as I recently received a parcel from Loot and from Takealot and from Cumbooks hassle-free. I have been using courier company's since forever and I was never told that Mt Frere is an outlying area. I have used a couple of courier companies.

I am now throwing away these two blankets, its pointless to keep.

Pick n Pay, I never had any deal with Stingray, I purchased my blAnkets from you, therefore kindly refund me my monies. If you continue doing business with Stingray then that's your baby. I want my money. The people at your branch know I did buy these blankets from them, i am not making a false claim.
