Pick n Pay has dropped their services standards since Mr Raymond Ackerman is not handling the business by himself anymore their managers as well as HR is damn rude everything that head office teach staff in the induction for one is changed when staff walk into a store things are not the same managers change things and induction say help a customer no matter what but the store manager to be specific Faldie Ryland's pick n pay Claremont tells me it's up to me if I wana help a customer I mean come on even a trainee manager Lethu his ****in rude and for a manager to not greet staff? He think he can just take away my tea break and I can't londge a grievance it was heard and since 8 November 2017 no outcome, it's Lethu and supervisor Fauzia Sinclair I resigned due to Lethu I'm trying to get my job back Dirkse from head office another rude basturd who never greeted me at ccma said I can't get my job back but management didn't ask to confirm do I really wana resign a voice messages I sent them they could hear that I'm crying when I said it I had a fight with my husband who told me no matter what just go work Yip fine but if management give you a hard time and HR miss Antz was rude to me over the phone what must I do? SACCAWU Tanya François didn't help me she failed me and I'm a paid up union member I was even at the head office and spoke to HR Julian and he said I cant get a transfer this before major problems at work hit me and last year I was suspended almost a year for saying pnp management suck but pnp in the induction booklet they gave does not have a social media policy so store manager Faldie Rylands said his email with HR is personal he can't disclose it to my shop steward as proof HR said I must be suspended so I got suspended on 85hr pay and every time my hearing was postponed for almost a year last year and my contract say im 0-40hr per week employee but Dirkse insist I'm an 85hr per week employee how the hell can he argue what is printed on my contract??? Now Dirkse claim the company owe me nothing but I had to get full pay for every month I was at home
